The CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security is a major federal research institution within the Helmholtz Association. The scientists research information security in all its facets. They conduct cutting-edge basic research as well as innovative application-oriented research and work on pressing challenges in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and data protection. Your future area of responsibility Support in the planning, creation and publication of content in various formats, e.g. text and visualization for digital channels and printed media products/communication materials Independent conception, creation and distribution of PR-relevant content Expansion of the media contact network Support in the collection of key figures and the creation of reports, e.g. reach analysis or engagement metrics on social media Multimedia documentation of events and special occasions using professional equipment General support for the team with regular tasks, e.g. process optimization or file and document management

Your profile Enrolled student in a business administration or humanities degree program (e.g. business administration, communication sciences) Several years of experience in the field of marketing communication Sound knowledge of journalistic writing and working Routine in creating professional texts for the press and/or social media Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1) Familiarity with topics relating to innovative technologies, entrepreneurship and start-ups Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word Experience with Canva is an advantage

The position is limited to 1 year. The remuneration and social benefits are based on the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD Bund). The classification depends on the qualifications and the tasks assigned. Severely disabled persons will be given preferential consideration in the event of equal suitability.
